2018年9月20日、英国において“Great School Libraries Campaign”が開始されました。
英国図書館情報専門家協会（CILIP）の学校図書館グループ（SLG）と英国学校図書館協会（SLA）による3年間のキャンペーンです。
学校図書館の資金確保、全国的な学校図書館の枠組の作成、英・教育水準局内での学校図書館の認知度の形成が目的とされており、学校図書館職員・保護者・学校の管理職・政策決定者等といった利害関係者に関与していくことが目指されています。
